Refund Policy

Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. We offer a hassle - free cancellation policy under the following conditions:

  • Pre - shipment/production cancellation: You can cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced. In such cases, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Post - shipment cancellation: Unfortunately, once the product has been shipped out, we are unable to cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have the right to return it under the following terms:

  • Return timeframe: Customers can apply for a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • Product condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the exact same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
  • Shipping costs: Customers will be charged for shipping costs at most once, which includes the cost of returning the product. There will be no restocking fee charged to consumers for returning a product.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
